     Does your nails break or split a lot of times? Then it means that your body is trying to tell you something, and that is you have Manganese Deficiency. 
     Manganese is a mineral that gives off antioxidant properties which is necessary in our bone development, in metabolizing carbohydrates, in healing our wounds, and in metabolizing amino acids, and cholesterol.
     Manganese is also important to have healthy, and strong bones. Its also the key to absorbing other vitamins such as vitamins B and C, which is good in promoting brain health and it can even protect us against cancer.

  • Spinach

     - 1 cup of spinach already contains twice the daily recommended value of vitamin A and even 6 times more of vitamin K. Eating dark green leafy veggies is good for your body as it is the most healthiest food on Earth.


  • Tofu & Tempeh
     - This food is good and is rich in calcium, omega 3, copper, manganese, and iron. These are normally meat substitute which is very healthy for our body.





  • Whole Grains
     - Including whole grains in your diet means that you are adding a healthy dose of manganese in your body. Whole grains such as bulgar, brown rice, millet, oatmeal, and quinoa can already reduce the risk of having a type 2 Diabetes, Heart disease, and even some types of Cancer.
