2. Spread the peels on a dehydrator tray, or if u want you can dry it while using the sundrying method, just spread it out in the sun for 2 days (hide it at night).


3. Hydrate the peels at 100 °F for about 24 hours. If in case that they are still soft, just leave them on the tray until they become dry and crispy.


4. Put the dried peels in a blender and blend until it become a powder.


5. Store the powder in an airtight container and put it into the refrigerator.
